Sample SQL Server health assessment report
What an assessment produces, run against a lab instance of SQL Server so you can see the format and the depth before you commit to anything. The full reports are at the bottom of the page.
What each document contains
Each is a separate engagement, and each stands on its own. You can stop after any of them and still hold something useful.
Health Assessment Report
An executive summary and posture score first, then every finding in severity order, from critical down to informational baseline. Each finding states what the scan saw and what we recommend. It closes with an instance profile, a per-database breakdown and the baseline readings the next assessment is compared against.
Remediation Projects Report
Every actionable finding assigned to exactly one project and sequenced into phases. Each project carries an effort estimate, an outage flag, change risk, implementation steps, a definition of done and a rollback plan — enough to price the work, or hand it to another supplier.
Implementation Script Pack
The T-SQL, written for that specific instance, with a guard on every script that stops it running against the wrong server. Banded by how much judgement each change needs: run as written, complete the variables first, or investigate first with no change script generated.
